AI drafts are not published directly as safety cards. They remain hidden from learners until the reviewer for that language approves them.
Discuss the review arrangements and schedule for company-specific terms before use. Material creation assistance is an optional paid service.

- USD 4 per additional learner per month from the 11th learner
- Annual plan: USD 490 per year (up to 10 learners; USD 40 per additional learner per year)
- Prices do not include taxes of your country (VAT, withholding tax, etc.). Japanese consumption tax does not apply.
- When you create your account, choose "Organization outside Japan (USD)".
- This service is for businesses and organizations only. Individuals cannot subscribe.

Frequently asked questions
- Is translation done only by AI?
- AI creates draft translations, and a reviewer for the language checks the content. Safety cards stay hidden until approved. Please discuss the reviewer and schedule for company-specific terms before use.
- Can sending organizations and supervising organizations also see it?
- Within the scope the company allows, they can view progress and print materials. Progress is shown only for people who have consented to sharing.
- Which languages are supported?
- Learning cards support Indonesian and Vietnamese.
- How is personal information and data handled?
- We store only names and learning records, with the person's consent. We do not handle residence card or similar information. Records are stored on servers in Japan, and are passed to organizations outside the company only for people who have consented to sharing. Only records of people who have consented are used to create industry benchmarks, and only when records from 5 or more companies are available, in a form that does not reveal which company or person they belong to.
- What happens to the data if we cancel?
- At any time, you can export and take out all cards, translations and learning records. You can export for 90 days after cancellation. After that, everything is deleted.
- Can it connect to other systems?
- Yes. Using a key issued by the company, you can pass the progress of learners who have consented and the checked glossary to the systems of supervising organizations and sending organizations. The connection method is published in the “Integration API guide” linked at the bottom of this page.
- What about people who do not have a smartphone?
- The same materials can be output as a printable vocabulary book.
