1. Information we handle

We handle the names and email addresses of the Contractor's staff in charge; learners' names, languages, job types and learning records (cards learned, quiz results, words answered incorrectly); and consent records. We do not handle residence card numbers, passport numbers or residence status.

2. Purposes of use

We use the information to provide the Service, display learning progress, respond to inquiries and bill fees.

3. Consent and provision to third parties

Learning records are stored only when the learner has personally consented. They are passed to organizations outside the company, such as supervising organizations, registered support organizations and sending organizations, only when the person has consented to sharing. For creating industry benchmarks, only records of people who have consented are used, only when records from 5 or more companies are available, and only in a form that does not reveal which company or person they belong to. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Storage location and period

Data is stored on servers in Japan. Learning records are deleted 1 year after a learner is deactivated, and deleted immediately when consent for learning records is withdrawn. All of the Contractor's data is deleted 90 days after cancellation.

5. Security management

We take measures such as encryption of communications, separation of data for each user and logging of operations.

6. Requests for disclosure, correction or deletion

We respond to requests from the person concerned in accordance with laws and regulations. Please contact info@sbgg.jp.

7. Business operator

SBGG LLC (合同会社SBGG), 6-9-3-308 Umeda, Adachi-ku, Tokyo

8. Consent records, pre-registration and browsing records

Records of consent given or withdrawn are kept as evidence until the customer organization is deleted. For pre-registration on the landing page we store the company name, industry, planned number of trainees, name, email and phone (optional); for landing page visits we store a per-browser identifier (cookie) and view/submit records, which we use to check the registration rate and to contact you. On public pages (LP and legal pages) we use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand page views, and browsing information is sent to Google via cookies. It is not used on signed-in screens or learner screens.
